LOMANET and I*STAR The Benefits Online Individual Enrollment—The option of allowing students to enroll themselves online for paper and electronic exams can save the Ed Rep from having to enter enrollment and demographic data for individual students. The system allows the Ed Rep to pre-approve or post-approve/reject a student’s enrollment online before it becomes accepted by the system and charged to the company. On-line Bulk Enrollment—Ed Reps may enroll multiple students quickly and easily. An on-line list containing all current active students is produced in advance by LOMANET for the Ed Rep. The Ed Rep uses the mouse to "check off" students who wish to enroll for a particular exam and then selects the exam to complete the enrollment process. Educational Management System for Ed Reps—Various levels of ed rep access will be created, allowing for "managing ed reps" to have access to student and company-wide participation information and to perform ed rep functions for multiple locations within their organizations. Ed Reps can even "subdivide" their student population into smaller groups to allow for departmental chargeback or for other management and logistical purposes.
