Exhibiting and Sponsorship Information

 

 

 

LIC Marketing Conference

September 15-17, 2008

Marriott Inner Harbor

Baltimore, MD

 

To continue with the online registration process, please review the information below and scroll to the bottom of this page to indicate your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

This application for exhibit space/sponsorship at the LIC Marketing Conference will become an Agreement or contract upon acceptance by LIC. LIC will accept appropriate applications on a space available first-come, first-served basis. Accepted Applications will receive confirmation via e-mail transmission upon acceptance of this application.

This Agreement must be signed and returned along with payment in full by August 29, 2008 in order to secure the space subject to the Agreement.

EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES:

EXHIBIT REGISTRATION FEE - $1,000 Member ($1,500 Non-Member)

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS – Space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized displays. Each exhibiting organization will receive:

  • Two 6-foot skirted tables

  • Electrical outlet

  • One-time use mailing list (either three weeks prior to or three weeks following the event)

  • Recognition in on-site program

  • One complimentary registration

NOTE: Ceilings in this room are 12 feet high so please plan your displays accordingly.

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES:

To ensure the quality of conference sponsors LIC reserves the right to exclude exhibitors that in their sole discretion deems inappropriate for the conference. Sponsorship is not confirmed until LIC has received a signed application. Unpaid sponsorships will be subject to being re-sold.

Sponsors of the below events will automatically receive the following:

Lunch Sponsor (Cost: $5,000)

  • Recognition in on-site program

  • One-time use mailing list (receiving it either three weeks prior or three weeks following the conference)

  • Two complimentary registrations

  • Recognition on program slides

  • Recognition from the podium

  • Complimentary exhibitor space

  • Sign or banner posted during event

  • Inclusion of one marketing piece in conference registration packet

Reception Sponsor (Cost: $3,500)

Breakfast Sponsor (Cost: $3,500)

  • Recognition in on-site program

  • One-time use mailing list (receiving it either three weeks prior or three weeks following the conference)

  • One complimentary registration

  • Recognition on program slides

  • Recognition from the podium

  • $500 discount on exhibitor fees

  • Sign or banner posted during event

  • Inclusion of one marketing piece in conference registration packet

Refreshment Break Sponsor (Cost: $2,000)

  • Recognition in on-site program

  • One-time use mailing list (receiving it either three weeks prior or three weeks following the conference)

  • One complimentary registration

  • Recognition on program slides

  • Recognition from podium

  • $500 discount on exhibitor fees

  • Sign or banner posted during event

On-Site Program Advertisement (Cost: $1,500 for full page on back cover)


Specialty Promotions

Provide us with your branded item(s) and we will stuff them into the attendee bags. You can provide pens, pads, flash drives, Post-it Notes, luggage tags or highlighters. If you have an item that is not listed that you would like to provide, please contact us to discuss directly. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event that this scheduled Conference or event is cancelled by LIC for any reason, LIC shall refund any sponsor fees that have been paid by the sponsor. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIC be liable to the sponsor for any other expenses, including, but not limited to, airfare, hotel or any other travel-related expenses incurred by the sponsor.

Special Assistance: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all personnel needing special assistance should contact the Conference Organizers with their requests.

 

Electronic Records and Signatures Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to the terms of this agreement and registering as a sponsor or exhibitor, I understand and agree that I am submitting this application for exhibit space/sponsorship by using my electronic signature and that my electronic signature is as legally binding as a manual signature on paper. These Electronic Records and Signatures Terms and Conditions govern my relationship with LIC and apply to all communications with LIC regarding this application and Agreement for exhibit space/sponsorship. 

By agreeing to the terms of this agreement and registering as a sponsor or exhibitor, I agree and consent that information related to this application and Agreement may be provided to me electronically. I agree and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreements, this application, and other related information provided electronically. I consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in conducting business with LIC and its service providers, including processing any payment information supplied by me.

I consent to provide LIC with my current e-mail address and to notify LIC of any changes to my e-mail address by calling 770.984.3724 or submitting my new e-mail address from my old e-mail address, with an effective date of the change. 

I understand that in order to electronically receive agreements, applications, and other information, I will need a compatible operating system, Web browser, and e-mail application, and I will need access to a printer or the ability to download information to keep copies of such documents for my records. The operating systems, Web browsers, and e-mail applications identified at the end of these Terms and Conditions are compatible. I furthermore understand that I am indicating that I have the capability to access the agreements, applications, and other information and download or prints copies for my records. I understand that LIC’s electronic documents are compatible with the following operating systems, Web browsers, and e-mail applications: 

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher 

Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 and higher 

Industry-standard operating systems and e-mail clients 

I agree that I may contact LIC at 770.984.3724 or by e-mail at lic@loma.org for customer service or technical assistance regarding electronic records or electronic signatures. I understand and agree that I may obtain a paper copy of the agreements, applications, and other information at anytime by contacting LIC by telephone at 770.984.3724. LIC will/will not charge a fee for any paper copy. 

I agree and consent that I may withdraw my consent to receive electronic records and use electronic signatures by contacting LIC at 770.984.3724. However, I agree and consent that if I do withdraw my consent, LIC may cancel my online services or require me to submit a written request for paper copies.

AGREEMENT
The undersigned, on behalf of the Applicant, its employees, agents, and contractors, agrees to comply with the rules set forth in this document by LIC. All correspondence will be sent to the person listed above. This document contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. The terms of this document may not be changed except in writing and signed by the parties. 

Your organization will receive an e-mail to confirm acceptance of this application to become an Exhibitor/Sponsor.
