REGISTRATION FEE - $1,750 LOMA Member ($2,350 Non-Member)
SPACE
ASSIGNMENTS – Space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized
displays. Each exhibiting
organization will receive:

(Your choice - three weeks prior to or three weeks following the event.)

Listing in the on-site
conference material

Listing on vendor flyer
included in conference registration packets

Recognition on general
session walk-in slides

One complimentary
conference registration is included with each exhibit space reserved.
Additional conference registrations are available for $495 per
person.
Spaces will be assigned on a
first come, first served basis. To
ensure the quality of conference exhibits, LOMA reserves the right to exclude
exhibitors that in its sole discretion deems inappropriate for the conference.
Display applications are not
confirmed until LOMA has a signed contract.
Spaces will be assigned by the conference organizers based on the order
in which the contracts are received. Unpaid
display spaces after thirty days (no later that February 20, 2009) will be
subject to being re-sold to other clients.
Displays will be located in
the area immediately adjacent to the primary meeting rooms for the conference.
While there are no official hours for the exhibits, exhibitors are
encouraged to have staff at their display during the following functions and
times (tentative):

It is in the best interest of
the exhibitors to have a representative at their display during these periods.
Each exhibitor will receive one conference registration for use by the exhibit
staff to attend the entire conference and all functions associated with the
conference.
Displays should be assembled
no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
Displays may be dismantled and removed at the conclusion of the
conference sessions on Friday, March 13, 2009.
SPONSOR
OPPORTUNITIES:
To ensure the quality of
conference sponsors LOMA reserves the right to exclude exhibitors that in their
sole discretion deems inappropriate for the conference.
Sponsorship is not confirmed until LOMA has received a signed
application. Unpaid sponsorships
will be subject to being re-sold.

will be held in the reception area including the reception on Wednesday
evening
- Two
full conference registrations. Additional
staff can be registered at the rate of $495 for each subsequent
registration.
- Distribution
of one piece of collateral in the registration packets

- A
listing and product description in the onsite material (You must commit no

Conference
Materials
Provide
us with your branded item(s) and we will stuff them into the attendee bags.
You can provide pens, pads, Post-It Notes, luggage tags or highlighters.
If you have an item that is not listed that you would like to provide,
please contact us to discuss directly. The
cost for this is $1,200 for each item that you choose to provide.
IMPORTANT

listed as an exhibitor on pre-conference marketing materials (registrations
brochure), reaching more than 4,500 people

February 6, 2009 to receive
acknowledgement in the on-site program

included on the vendor flyer placed in each registration flyer
