Serving agents, applicants and policyholders in a timely, efficient and effective manner in the issue process and as an inforce policyholder is the goal of every organization. Electronic submission of life insurance applications and straight through processing meet the need for speed and enhance the sales and issue process. Serving inforce policyholders efficiently and effectively is also important. This session will examine the implications of a timely underwriting and issues process as well as insight into the need for speed when providing effective policyholder service.
