Works
The ASR system has two parts.

Videotaped situations
present job candidates with difficult customer service
scenarios. Candidates indicate how they would handle or
resolve the situations by responding to a series of
paper-and-pencil questions.

A background information inventory asks questions about experiences, interests, and
activities that lead to the development of customer
service skills.
A development feedback guide is available to help companies
deliver ASR development feedback to test takers. The
guide provides instructions and tools for conducting an effective
feedback session, and helps you create an action plan for improvement.
This system acts as a
complement to the other tools in the LOMASelect
Customer Service Suite, as well as the LOMASelect
Entry Level Suite (which tests general employee skills).
