Roundtable Format
Roundtable Discussion is informal discussion between participants as moderated by the chair. Each member asks questions and each committee member contributes to the exchange by speaking from his or her own experience. 

Discussion is facilitated by having committee members submit Member Questions in advance 

Member Questions
‘Member Questions’ facilitate the exchange of information between Committee Members by providing a guideline for the Round Table Discussion. Before each Committee Meeting, we ask our members to submit a list of ‘member questions’. LOMA collect these questions for each committee member and then formats them for Round Table Discussion purposes.

Below is an overview of the Member Questions:

• Member Questions are broad in scope and require more than a brief yes/no response.
• Member Questions allow you to gather more complete information (e.g., the steps in a process). An example of a Member Question is, "Does your company conduct benchmarking studies and with which companies?"
• Member Questions should only ask about our particular field of expertise.
