About the Program
LOMA's Associate, Customer Service (ACS) Program allows you to select courses from several "line of business" tracks, so you can tailor the designation to your career objectives. The ACS Program will help you

  • Increase your knowledge of financial services

  • Understand customer expectations, patterns, and behavior

  • Organize an effective customer service team

ACS "Line of Business" Tracks
The ACS Program offers several "line of business" tracks that allow you to complete the program with a concentration that fits your position within the financial services industry.
 Each track of the ACS Program consists of five courses: three required courses and two elective courses from a specified set of electives.

The Life Insurance Track of the ACS Program is also available in French, Spanish and Chinese.
